Whether you want to launch a new practice, streamline operations, or develop a long-term growth strategy, Griffin Healthcare Advisors is here to partner with you. We’ll work collaboratively to identify and implement solutions that unlock your practice’s full potential, all while freeing you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to your patients and spending more time doing the things you love.

Core Values

The foundation of what sets us apart, and our promise to you.

Educated

Your advisor will have, at a minimum, graduate-level education in a related field (often an MBA). We constantly seek to deliver the latest best practices and fresh perspectives.

Experienced

Your advisor will have a strong professional background. From time spent working in startups to big corporations, you can count on us to bring diverse experiences that will enrich your team.

Confidential

Your advisor will act with discretion and respect. We understand that medicine is a small world, and your privacy is key. Our work with you will always remain confidential.

“Opening a practice is a tremendous labor of love. It requires a million decisions, and a lot of planning. While there are many practice consulting firms around, I truly felt that Steve and his team were right there with me through the toughest parts of the journey. More than their knowledge of the industry, I appreciated the feeling that they cared as much as I did how everything turned out. I would recommend Griffin Healthcare Advisors whole heartedly.”
